Total Seal’s Gapless® Diesel Rings greatly improve efficiency, increasing horsepower and torque and reducing blowby. They are ideal for OE rebuilds, towing and industrial apps, street performance, and all the way to 1,000 HP engines for full on competition.

Total Seal’s exclusive new Diesel Ring Designs help these engines unleash their full potential by greatly improving efficiency while increasing horsepower and torque. They are ideal for OE rebuilds, towing and industrial apps, street performance, and all the way to 1,000 HP engines for full on competition. The new sets are available in Gapless® 2nd, or Conventional 2nd Ring configurations, depending on your application. Top and 2nd rings are crafted from Martenstic Ductile Iron,the highest strength iron available, specially heat treated and coated with CrN. CrN is very hard, and is extremely resistant to corrosion for lasting durability and reduced wear. Two different oil ring configurations are used depending on the application. Nitride Steel with chrome face, or Iron with chrome face. Both are longer lasting and provide better sealing, to provide cleaner, longer lasting oil.
